✅ Exhaust flange for welding on – with O-ring seal
This exhaust flange is easy to weld on and fits many common exhaust systems. Thanks to the integrated O-ring, it ensures a reliable seal – oil and fuel residues stay where they belong. Put an end to oil leaks running down your manifold!
The standard diameter for PX125 exhaust ports is 37 mm. As some manufacturers of tuning cylinders are not quite as precise with the dimensions, we recommend that you check the fit on the respective cylinder before fitting.
The O-ring supplied is made of FPM (Viton®) – a material that is heat-resistant up to 240 °C and offers high resistance to oils and fuels.
Important when fitting:
The O-ring must not be fitted when welding, as the welding process generates significantly higher temperatures that can damage the material.
If you are using the exhaust without additional clamping on the connecting piece, you should attach it to the engine using springs. You can also find suitable accessory sets with retaining plates – for welding to the manifold and for bolting to the engine – in our store.
