Based on the successful TSV09 for the PX125 engines, Parmakit has added a version for the older engines, with only two overcurrent ports in the engine housing.
Basically it is the same cylinder as for the PX125, but the normally existing boost port (support port at 12 o’clock) has been closed in the casting at the lower cylinder sealing surface. Underneath it is still the support channel, but this is now controlled by additional openings in the piston. To fit the different layout of the overflow cutouts in the engine housing, the kit includes adapter plates. These cover a part of the (too large) overflow port openings in the cylinder base. This ensures that the large overflow openings in the cylinder base cannot accidentally draw air because the sealing surface of the engine housing is too small.
The cleanly processed aluminium cylinder with Nikasil coating comes with a very high quality VERTEX piston (Ø=63mm), two 1mm thin steel rings and a solid CNC head with centering in the raceway. With large surfaces and moderate control times, the cylinder is designed as a powerful tourer.
The scope of delivery includes spacers, foot and head gaskets for adjusting the control angle and the squeezing edge.
